Women’s small Group Therapy Program
Areas of Support
Support for anxiety, low mood, school-related stress, ADHD, autism, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions focus on building self-esteem, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies, while also supporting teenagers to better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Where appropriate, sessions can include parent involvement to strengthen communication and improve family relationships. A trained therapy dog may be present in sessions, offering a calming and supportive presence.
Teenagers Therapy
A structured small group program for women experiencing overwhelm and loss of identity in midlife, designed to build emotional flexibility and wellbeing, through evidence-based psychotherapy, mindfulness, yoga movement, and breathwork. Sessions combine psycho-education, guided therapeutic discussion, and gentle movement in a supportive small group environment. A trained therapy dog may be present, offering a calm and reassuring presence.
Women’s Group Therapy
Support to work through disconnection, conflict, and the pressures of daily life. Sessions provide a structured space to improve communication, increase understanding, and explore patterns that may be contributing to ongoing challenges. The focus is on rebuilding connection, strengthening the relationship and developing practical strategies to move forward together. A trained therapy dog may be present, helping to create a more relaxed and grounded environment.
Couples Counselling
Support through identity, direction, relationships, and the pressures of study, work and life transitions. Sessions also support young adults with ADHD or autism, with a focus on building flexibility, managing overwhelm, and developing strategies that work with individual strengths. A space to gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater confidence. A trained therapy dog may be present to support emotional regulation and comfort.
Young Adults Therapy
Specialised support for women of all ages experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Sessions focus on building clarity, emotional resilience, revisiting what is important, developing a stronger sense of self, and getting back in touch with yourself. The opportunity is provided to slow down, explore thoughts and emotions, and build strategies for meaningful change. A trained therapy dog may be present, offering a gentle and grounding presence.

Sessions focus on strengthening communication, reducing conflict, and developing practical strategies to respond more effectively to emotional and behavioural challenges.
