Think differently about supporting mental wellbeing
What is Mountain Therapy?
Mountain Therapy is an in-person and online psychotherapy and counselling practice supporting families, teenagers, young adults, parents, couples, and women in midlife. Services are tailored to the unique challenges clients face at different stages of life. For younger people, this may include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sexual or gender identity, academic or career decisions, and family or social relationships. For parents and families, support can focus on strengthening communication, improving family dynamics, and fostering healthier relationships. Couples counselling offers a space to build connection, resolve conflict, and create stronger partnership patterns. Women are supported in navigating the changes and challenges of midlife, with a focus on balance, resilience, and wellbeing.
Mountain Therapy is an inclusive practice and an Ally to the LGBTQI+ community, assisting all people toward greater self-acceptance, positive self-image, and improved mental wellbeing.
“Today is your day!
Your mountain is waiting, so get on your way!”
