ACTivate Programs
Evidence-based guidance for life’s climbs
What are ACTivate programs?
ACTivate are structured, evidence-based group programs bringing the core principles of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) into everyday settings. Each program is designed to help participants strengthen psychological flexibility — the ability to stay open, present, and guided by personal values, even when faced with challenge.
Through practical skills, psycho-education, experiential learning and reflection, ACTivate supports greater emotional awareness, balance and resilience. Each program offers a supportive environment to steady your footing, navigate change and move towards what truly matters.
Women aged 40-60
ACTivate Your Midlife: Mind, Meaning & Movement
ACTivate Your Midlife is a therapeutic group program, supporting women aged 40 to 60 years, through the physical, emotional, and practical changes of midlife. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the program integrates mindfulness, reflective discussion, and gentle yoga to help participants build awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion. Each session provides evidence-based tools to manage shifting roles, relationships, and identity with greater balance and confidence — helping women reconnect with their values, find steadier footing, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
High Schools 7-12
ACTivate Your Peak: Cultivating the 6Cs for the Climb
ACTivate Your Peak is a school-based wellbeing program for Years 7 to 12, unique to each year group, that equips students with the psychological tools to navigate challenge, change, and growth. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the 6Cs for the Climb framework — Courage, Compassion, Connection, Curiosity, Commitment, and Clarity — the program builds psychological flexibility, resilience, and emotional awareness. Through experiential activities, guided reflection, and evidence-based strategies, students learn to accept and manage difficult thoughts and emotions, act in line with their values, and develop the mindset needed to reach their personal peak — both in and beyond school.
